I spent another week at Georgetown University Hospital (third time this year), this one over Thanksgiving, surrendering another toe in the cause of world peace and GSE understanding.

I hope you get well soon, in the meantime here's an interesting article from James Hagerty (WSJ). I think he doesn't get the point on how banks get their money and lend it to mortgage borrowers.
